This has been a popular menu item at Ore no Italian since the restaurant's founding.It is said to be a traditional dish originating in Florence, Italy.

The sirloin and tenderloin, two premium cuts of beef located around the loin, are sandwiched between a T-shaped bone. By cutting them together as a whole, this popular dish is created as a luxurious bone-in meat dish.

★ Sangiovese Appassimento

This is a rich and smooth red wine made using sun-dried grapes.

By drying the grapes in the shade after harvesting, the moisture is removed, increasing the sugar content and concentration of flavor.Because it uses grapes from which moisture has been removed, maximizing their sugar and extract content, it is characterized by a rich, fruity sweetness reminiscent of jam or raisins.Furthermore, as the moisture content decreases, the umami, acidity, and tannins (astringency) are all concentrated, resulting in a rich, deep flavor (body) that lingers in the mouth for a long time.A rich, full-bodied wine pairs perfectly with meat.
